The deposit is refundable after the child has left Baobab College providing that the school has:
1. Been given a minimum of 90 days written notice of withdrawal before the end of term
2. All books and equipment have been returned in good condition
3. All fees and charges have been settled in full
Discounts for early payments of termly fees and annual fees are in accordance with the Fees & Debtors Policy:
- 5% discount on payment of annual school fees in advance on or before 1st August
- 2% discount will apply on each term’s fees paid in advance on or before
- 1st August for Term 1
- 2nd January for Term 2
- 1st April for Term 3
- Discount for third and subsequent children 2.5%
Baobab College school fees are invoiced termly, or annually for parents who wish to pay for the full school year.
Payments must be made before the start of each term.
45% of annual fees are payable in term 1, 40% in term 2 and 15% in term 3. Payment plans are available, per Terms and Conditions of the Fees and Debtors Policy.

The fees listed are for the academic year from 15th August 2023 to 21st June 2024 and 19th August 2024 to 27th June 2025. The Board reserves the right to vary fees at its discretion.
