Baobab College welcomed expert trainers from the UK for two days in teacher training by Cambridge Assessment International Education.
The weekend's training on 5th and 6th October was focussed on developing skills for Maths, Biology, Physics and Chemistry teachers across the curriculum from lower secondary up to IGCSE, AS and A Level.
Delegates from across Zambia and as far afield as Malawi, Ethiopia and Ghana joined the training. Members of staff from Baobab's maths and science departments were able to take advantage of the sessions in our own school and are already applying the benefits of the weekend to their lessons this week.
Baobab is proud to be a Cambridge Professional Development Centre and we are delighted to have the opportunity to house international training at our school.
